Loredana Cocola De Matteis (Degree in Political Science at the University of Bologna and Master in Project Management and management tools for the organization development) joined the Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate Change (CMCC) in 2012, where has been working  within the Personnel Department, supporting all the research divisions in the reporting of personnel on both national and international funded projects. From April 2022 she is the Division Manager  of “ISCD – Information Systems for Climate Science and Decision-Making” Division.

Since 2007 she is qualified as Labour Consultant.
Previous positions include HR Administration Manager in the following companies: Area Sistema in Casarano (from January 2007 to January 2011), Delta spa (2006) and Manutencoop cooperative company (2005). Morevover she has worked as Tax assistant in several Authorized Centers for Fiscal Assistance from 2003 to 2005.
