Veeramanikandan Ramadoss is a postdoctoral researcher at OPA division. He is a finishing Ph.D. student at Goethe University, Frankfurt. His primary interests are cloud-precipitation physics and dynamics, and mathematical modeling of these processes. His doctoral research examines the precipitation characteristics of mixed-phase low clouds in the Southern Ocean using ICON and CAPRICORN field data. He obtained his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering in India.
