Valentina Petracca manages change and process innovation activities.

After completing her Master Degree in Management Engineering at Politecnico of Milan, she joined a leading global professional services company where she was involved in several organizational and processes optimization projects. Thanks to this 5-years working period, she has gained knowledge and experience in Business Process Reengineering and Change Management practices. Afterwards, she was part of the Corporate Operations Department in a leading European home care group, where she designed a standard and measurable corporate model in terms of organization, processes and IT supporting tools to be applied to 18 countries all over the world.

She is supporting CMCC growth by proposing information traceability throughout an organizational model based on shared and optimized processes.
