Massimo, graduated in Environmental Sciences, acquired his know-how during his professional career where he specialized in the assessment of environmental issues generated by the implementation of plans/projects/interventions on the Italian territory.
His long experience has also led him to hold roles as a thematic expert within the Public Administration, regional Environmental Protection Agencies or as a researcher at the University of Molise Studies and the Department of Civil and Industrial Engineering of the University of Pisa. The experience gained means that he knows how to detect diverse types of environmental data and apply modeling and mapping techniques through digital cartographic systems, using the main application software for the processing of context data.
He joined the CMCC in 2024 with the Division “ISCD – Information systems for Climate Science and Decision-Making” as part of the Project “Validated Local Risk Actionable Data for Adaptation – VALORADA” for stakeholder engagement activities.
