Francesco is a PhD student in Public Policy and Administration at Bocconi University, where he obtained a MSc in Economics and Social Sciences. He is a Post-Degree researcher at RFF-CMCC European Institute on Economics and the Environment and has been a Junior Researcher at Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM) from 2017 to 2018. Francesco has also conducted research at the OECD Development Centre. His main research interests are at the crossing of environmental, political and development economics.
