Milena Cagnazzo (Degree in Philosophy at the University of History and Philosophy at Bologna and Master in HR Management and Organization at ISTUD, Italy) joined the Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate Change (CMCC) in 2007, where she leads the Human Resources and Organization Function.

Previous positions include HR Administration Manager at IBM (from April 2006 to June 2007); and Industrial & Employee Relations Professional at IBM (from April 2002 to March 2006).
