Beatrice Sambo studied at the University of Ca’ Foscari at the Department of Environmental Science, Informatics and Statistic (DAIS); for her master thesis, she worked within BRIDGE project for the implementation of a methodology aimed at building the resilience to climate-related extreme events in coastal areas, collaborating with the CMCC@CaFoscari in the organization of a workshop with local stakeholders.

She collaborated as a research fellow at DAIS department as a affiliated research at the RAAS division of CMCC.

She started her PhD in collaboration also with EURAC research (Bolzano) and she’s focusing her studies on the analysis of the Water- Energy- Food- Ecosystems (WEFE) nexus and the effects of climate change.

She’s interested in climate change effects on environment and in particular on water resources.
