Francesca is a Postdoc Research Fellow at Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden where she applies large language models and artificial intelligence methods to climate research.
An economist by background, Francesca holds a PhD in Climate Change Sciences from Ca’ Foscari University in Venice. Prior to joining KTH, she was a postdoc fellow at University College London (UCL) where she used computational economics to tackle climate finance and critical minrals. Francesca’s interest lie at the intersection of digitalization and climate, especially in the context of adaptation to climate impacts.
