Graduated summa cum laude from the University of Naples Parthenope in Navigation Sciences and Technologies (curriculum: Climate Sciences), with a thesis titled Definition and Implementation of Quality Controls for Historical Humidity Series. Since June 2021, he has been a scientific collaborator at the CMCC Foundation, specializing in developing Python-based climate indicators and creating algorithms for managing satellite data from the Eumetcast Europe service. He is skilled in validating Numerical Weather Prediction models against Earth Observation data and performing quality tests and homogenization for weather observations. He is also the developer of products for the Dataclime software and co-authored Chapter 2 in the Climate Change National Adaptation Plan (PNACC) 2023 and contributed to the development of Climate Change Regional Adaptation Strategies (SRACC) 2022 for the Sardinia Region.
