Abstract
Coastal resilience is at the centre of reflections on how to deal with a changing climate for a large portion of the world population. From the urgency to stimulate action and catalyze forces to advance research on this topic, the Decade Collaborative Centre for Coastal Resilience was born, in the framework of the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development.
