CMCC supports the new HPQC Master’s Program coordinated by the University of Bologna, offering students advanced insights and hands-on experience in cutting-edge computing techniques, and aligning with CMCC’s mission to advance computational methods in climate science. Applications are now open, with Online Open Days on September 24th and October 24th.
The CMCC Foundation is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the second-level professionalizing Master in High-Performance and Quantum Computing (HPQC) offered by Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna.
Aligned with CMCC’s vision and mission to drive innovation in climate science through advanced computational methods, the HPQC Master’s program is a unique training course specifically targeted on high-performance, large-scale, and quantum computing paradigms, methods, and applications.
Featuring a combination of teaching courses, practical hands-on applications, and internships at top-ranked computing agencies and companies, the HPQC Master aims to bridge the gap between academic training, research and the business world, offering a professionalizing pathway that allows young graduates in technical and scientific disciplines to fit into a dynamic and rapidly expanding national and international context.
Students who have completed the HPQC Master can join private and public companies, agencies, and institutions nationally and internationally.
As a partner, CMCC will contribute through specialized seminars and by hosting internships, offering students unique opportunities to apply their knowledge in real-world contexts.
